This machine is widely used in food, medicine, daily consumable, pesticide and some other special industry, and suitable to pack various kinds of foods, hardware, pills, and irregular objectives, such as candy, peanuts, screws, nuts, nails, bolts, and etc…

Function

1)The raw material of the products adopts stainless steel or steel + painting.
2) Mitsubishi PLC control system
3) English panel
4) Noiseless stepping motor to improve steady working condition and decrease vibrator and noise.
5) Can get a perfect pictures when the packing material with color code.
6) Adopt pneumatic system to control of filling and sealing, this machine is easy to operate and maintain.
7) Different Screw using different vibrating tray, straight-line oscillation.
8) The same vibrating tray can only pack one kind of screw, if you want to pack serious kinds of screw, the machine need to add different kinds of vibrating tray.
9) This machine adopts microcomputer, can finish pulling, forming, fulfilling, measuring, sealing, cutting, counting, code dated printing, and conveying bags automatically.

(It also can mixed stowage materials with different counting hoppers or packing more materials by one kind of hoppers)

The working process:
Automatic detection - automatic counting -  automatic filling - automatic bagging - automatic bag sealing - date printing - automatic cutting - Finished products convey.
