High frequency oscillation signal given by the ultrasonic generator

Hexing series Ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of three parts, i.e. ultrasonic signal generator (power supply), vibrator box, and transducer. Of which, ultrasonic generator is used for generating high-frequency ultrasonic signals, to stimulate the transducer; the transducer is assembled by piezoelectric crystal and metal matching piece with certain assembling process. The function of the transducer is to convert high-frequency electrical signal into mechanical wave with the same frequency. Such mechanical wave is transmitted into the liquid through stainless steel vibrator, to complete the cleaning work.

 

Modern electric and electronic technology is adopted for the power supply of this cleaning machine. The imported binistor IGBT is adopted for its main inverter circuit, making the power supply work stably and reliably. The circuit has the functions like overload protection, soft start, starting at time-delay for power-connected and stable power.

 

It has the character of high precision, low noise, big torque, and resistance to interference is reliable. The quality of the products has reached the international advanced level.
