Thickener Introduction:

   The newly developed thickener proesss such remarkable features as speedy thickening efficiency, high treatment capacity and high underflow density, and is now widely applied to dewatering to various metal and non-metal ores and the slurry solid-liquid separation in sectors like metallurgy, coals, chemicals, mine tailings and environmnt protection.

  GNZ high-rate thickener can realize high-rate dehydration taking advantage of materials gravity and flocculation sediment. The slurry in the feeding tube feeds mixing with flocculant, and is transported to the high-rate feeding silo(feed well).It has horizontal tangent feeding along the internal cylinder of feed well; Several flocculant add points are set in the feed well according to the material performance; The material settles down mixing with flocculant for the second time. It distributes materials along the parabola direction with the effect of distribution plate at the bottom of the cylinder; The rake scrapes and moves the settled materials to the mine exit, and discharges the collected materials.
