CO2 gas-shielded welding has been developed as a kind of important melt welding method and widely applied to all kinds of fields like automotive industry, construction machinery production, shipbuilding, metallurgical equipment production, bridges, civil works, petrochemical industry, production of pressure vessels of boilers, locomotive vehicles, etc.

3. At present, the production and application of CO2 gas-shielded welding wire have been developing rapidly. It has accounted for 40-50% in welding materials in some industrialized countries. In china, it has been popularized in many departments, and gradually it is partly replacing manual arc welding with electrodes gradually. Some of its characteristics are as follows:

(3). Easy to operate. All-position welding.   

(4). Very low hydrogen content in the weld and lower nitrogen content. Excellent crack-resistance.    

(5). Little deformation after welding.    

(6). Wide applicability. Suitable for welding thin, medium and thick plates.

4. This welding wire can be supplied on spools ranging in weight from 5 to 100 kg. These spools can be supplied both flex free and reeled in layers. The welding wire is perfectly protected with clingfilm in solid carton boxes, and can be supplied on plastic spools or on metal basket spools. Standard pallet packaging: 72 boxes.

5. For large consumers, we supplies welding wire in drums of 200 to 380 kg. The drums are provided with an innovative unwinding system guaranteeing faultless wire feeding to unwinding cone and wire feeding cable. Standard pallet packaging: 2 or 4 drums.

6. This welding wire has been reeled in a hard cardboard drum in such a way that the welding wire always leaves the drum straightforward. The pre-aligned welding wire means saving time to change (1 drum = 15 spools), and has the further advantage of:

a) the wire motor is less charged b) there is less friction in the spiral c) there is less wear and tear of the conductors
