1. Aluminum frame. 

We use Tubular and cast aluminum to build our frames. Aluminum is a weather resistant, rust-proof, non-corroding material. We produce a 2.0 to 2.5nn aluminum tube thickness that is significantly higher than the standard for contract and residential applications. The furniture frame we make is intended for commercial market. 

 2. We use high quality powder coating--Tiger and interpon powder-coating

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to frame of our furniture. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable and attractive finish which has unsurpassed long lasting quality and resistance to corrosion, abrasion and blistering. 

 3. Mesh faric

Mesh Fabric is woven of strong polyester yarns that are individually coated with PVC, specifically designed for outdoor use. It is the best choice for sling furniture because it’s elegant, strong and very durable to outdoor exposure. It’s also designed for easy maintenance and available at different colors.
