1. Aluminum frame.

We use Tubular and cast aluminum to build our frames. Aluminum is a weather resistant, rust-proof, non-corroding material. We produce a 2.0 to 2.5nn aluminum tube thickness that is significantly higher than the standard for contract and residential applications. The furniture frame we make is intended for commercial market.

2. We use high quality powder coating--Tiger and interpon powder-coating

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to frame of our furniture. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable and attractive finish which has unsurpassed long lasting quality and resistance to corrosion, abrasion and blistering.

3. We make comfortable and durable Cushion.

Medium soft and durable foam for seat and dacron for back. They are used as most comfort for human beings. We don't use polyester fabric for commercial market. The fabrics we use are 100% solution dyed acrylic that can last longer time.

4. Stiching Work.

All sewers are trained proffessionally to be able to do a good job on sewing. Our standard is over others instead of being same as others.
