KOVAR LID

High reliable kovar seam welding lids are the ideal accessory products for crystal oscillators,harmonic oscillators, SAW and IC packages. The rate of finished products can be up to 99.8 percent.

Corrosion Resistance: No corrosion tested in 40°c, humidity 90%-95% for 500 hours

High Temperature Durability: No discoloration,peeling, blistering tested in 380°c for 15 minutes.

Helium Leakage: the rate is less than1×10 ^-9atm.cm³/sec(that is 1×10^-4pa. cm³/s)
