The automatic vermicelli production line is one industrial plant, 7tons/24 hours. The whole process is fully automatic from flour mixing, flour feeding, first extruding, second extruding, vermicelli forming, drying, cooling to cutting. Due to the extruding technology, it can process different kinds of flours, such as wheat, ragi, millet, corn, oats, barley, semolina, rice, starch etc.

Note:We can design the machine as the customer special request. Such as Indian type vermicelli, we will add the steaming process after vermicelli forming.

mixing the flour and water --vermicelli forming ----automatic hanging the vermicelli on rods and cutting ---steaming --drying
