Laminated glass is a sandwich made of 1 piece of plastic EVA/NEW PVB/TPU film between 2 or more glass plates.

 

          

 

 

Performance Feature:

 

1.Safety: Ordinary window glass is brittle, when impact happened, it is breaking into long sharp pieces. Laminated glass interlayer absorbs the energy impact and hence resists penetration. Although the glass may break, the glass fragments remain firmly bonded to the interlayer.

2.Protection from weather and natural disasters: If broken, laminated glass remains in this frame, preventing interior damage while reducing flying glass protects people both indoors and outdoors.

3.Durability. Laminated glass is durable, it maintans its color and its strength for a very long time.

4.It uses environment friendly metarial, which is a new technology. It could be used for at least 15 years, it will save more material.  

 

5.Sound reduction. Noise gains easiest entry to homes and buildings through windows and doors. Laminated glass proves an excellent barrier to noise. It has better sound transmission loss as compared to glass of samilar thickness in the frequency of 125HZ to 4000HZ. 

 

6.UV control. The major cause of deterioration and fading of funishings and pictures is the chemical reaction caused by short-wavelength UV radiation. UV absorbing additives in the interlayer in laminated glass can screen out almost all these damaging rays.

7.Security. Burglars often try to break windows to get inside the house or a building. Here the laminated glass plays an important role in resisting their intrusion. Even if the glass breaks, the interlayer continues to safe guard the building until the glass is replaced.

8.It is widespread used. Such as advertisement board, indoor and outdoor decoration, Furniture design, light tube, curtain wall glass, sun room, etc.
