The features of laminated safety glass

 

 

 1)Top grade interlayer material: this kind of glass is used by our laminated glass machine with TPU film.

 2)TPU film is much stronger than EVA and PVB: not only in the transparence, UV-block, climatic resisrance, but also in the anti-impact, TPU film is better than the other two kinds of film: EVA/PVB.

 3)The tensile strength of TPU is 160 KG square meters but the nornal PVB and EVA has only 20kg  square meters and 8-10kg.

 4) High climatic resistance: Our laminated glass with TPU film can stand extreme weather which the temperature between -50 degrees to 100 degrees.
