Shandong Fangding Safety Glass Technology Co., Ltd.
High quality TPU film for building laminated glass
We Rizhao Fangding trade and Industry Co., Ltd introduced the world largest TPU production line. Welcome to pay a visit to our factory.
Introduction:
TPU (Thermoplastic Poly Urethane) is the best interlayer film for laminated glass. Especially for building laminated glass. TPU laminated glass features high tensile stength, excellent weatherability, high transparent and long service life.
Advantages of TPU film
1. High tensile strength and impact resistence. Our TPU film could stand 160kg/cm². It's very suitable for building laminated glass. TPU laminated glass could resist windstorm and hurricans.
2. High transparent. The transmittance rate of TPU film can reach 95%. No haze appears on the TPU laminated glass.
3. High weatherability. It can stand extremly low temperature to -50 °C, and high temperature to
100 °C.
4. Excellent UV-Blocking performance. Fangding TPU film can block harmful ultraviolet more than 99%.
5. Simple requirements for TPU laminated glass production environments. It can be produced by laminated glass machine made by Fangding. Neither temperature and hummidity controlled room nor pre-pressing machine is needed. It is processed in one step. Besides, it also can choose autoclave for production.
6. Easier and longer for storage. Fangding TPU film adopts the patented double embossing technology . The TPU films are separately by release film and packed by vacuum package . It can be stored for long time in the normal weather. No cold closet with temperature and hummidity controlled is needed.
