Advantages of TPU film bulletproof glass film
1.Compared to PVB and EVA film, TPU film is much higher in tensile strength, better in aging resistance and longer in service life. Tensile strength is 10 times that of normal PVB film and useful life is 40 years without bubbles, yellow change and degumming. It's your best choice of interlayer film for bullet-proof glass, architectural laminated glass and windshield for military vehicles and ships, etc.
2.The transmittance rate can reach 95%, no haze appears on the TPU laminated glass.
3.High climatic resistance. It can stand extremely low temperature to -50°c and high temperature to 100°c; Excellent in UV block and aging resistance. It can block ultraviolet more than 99%, and protect indoor fitment effectively.
4.Strong adhesion to glass and PC panel, which is very suitable for bullet-proof glass, windshield and architectural laminated glass.
5.Simple requirements for TPU laminated glass production environments. It can be produced by laminated glass machine made by Fangding. Neither temperture and humidity controlled room nor pre-pressing machine is needed. It is processed in one step. Besides, it also can choose autoclave for production.
6.Easier and longer for storage. Fangding TPU film adopts the patented double embossing technology. This ensures no bubbles on the laminated glass. The films are separated by insulating film and packed by vacuum package. At ordinary temperature, TPU film is non-sticky, but long for storage time and useful life.
