                                    SiAlBaCa alloy

description:

SiAlBaCa alloy is the most effective deoxidizer and desulfurizer in the Barium alloy.

It can extremely reduce the oxygen in the steel and make the complicated oxide 

contains Ca/Ba/Si/Al easier to flow from the molten steel, so as to pure the steel and

 improve its toughness.

Application:

SiAlCaBa is new product we developed and mainly used in steel making:

 1.Calcium and silicon have a strong affinity with oxygen. Especially calcium, which 

have a strong affinity not only with oxygen but also with Sulfur and Nitrogen. Therefore

 SiCa alloy is an ideal deoxidant and desulfurization agent. 

 2.At present, Silicon calcium alloy can replace the aluminum alloy for the final 

deoxidation which is used in producing the high-quality steel, special steel and 

special alloys. For instance,  in rail steel, low carbon steel and stainless steel as well

4. It was the best deoxidizer and desulfurizing agent in the Barium alloys,
