SiCaBa is an new and high efficient complex alloy of Ba Series;

1.Can be used as deoxidizer and Desulfurizer, and dephosphorization effect in Steel-making industry

2.For foundry it can be used as Inoculant and metamorphic agent .

3.Ba can effectively reduce the vapor pressure of Ca,increase the solubility of Ca in the molten steel; 

4.Compared with Si-Ca Alloy,use Si-Ca-Ba alloy as the Ca source added into molten steel ,

the added quantity  of Ca is the half of Si-Ca alloy ‘sbut the Ca content in the molten steel is about double than SiCa alloy’s.

5. the stability of calcium in molten steel also improved significantly.

   It is proved that Ba effectively protect Ca in  molten steel, reduce the oxidation of Ca, 

   so as to meet the purpose of handling calcium in molten steel.

Packing: 

1.Conventional packing ton bag (1,000kg per bag), or small bag inside ton bags(20,25,50 kg per bag).

2.Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.

3.It also can be arranged according to your requeirments.

4.In woven plastic big bag per MT or as per customers' requirement.
