Common Rail injector Test Bench

It is the latest developed chenking instrument for fuel common rail injector.That follows its main function:

1.Variable frequently drive pump serves the common rail BOSCH3.3 and the maximum pressure is 200Mpa.

2.The standard databases contains the control of waveform data of all kinds of injector pump to output the standard waveform signal to the injector pump.It can check BOSCH,DENSO,DEPHI and SIEMNES.

3.It contains industrial computer motherboards and embeded operating system WindowsXP.

The screen displays basic status such as the rail pressure,temperature,host operation,speed,heating,cooling and also has some windows for fuel injector pump test,common rail test ,delivery quantity,parameter setting,injector waveform,problem analysis and data reports.

4.Test data reports can be generated stored and printed.

5.It can test the sealing of the common rail injector pump,the condition of idle energy,the condition of pre-injection,the condition of the start-up energy,the condition of the atomization quality.

 

 

 

Functions:

 

1. Full-automatically detect injection volume, pump chamber pressure, oil supply pressure, sealing performance of diverse common-rail oil pump,performanceof measuring unit ZME control valve, and equipped with domestic flow sensor for monitoring flow, pursuant initial data, judge whether single index and overall property are qualified or not.
2. Full- automatically detect various injection volume and return volume of solenoid valve controlling common-rail injectors under different working conditions,such as rating,idling,correction,pilot injection,equipped with domestic flow sensor for implementing flow monitoring ,pursuant to initial data,to judge whether single and overall property or oil injectors are qualified or not.
3. Pump nozzle and electronic unit pump can be checked through fixture and additional system.
4. Diverse electronic high pressure oil pump such as VP37 VP44 can be tested by additional systems.
