HY-EPS200 High Pressure  Common Rail Injector Test Bench

 

HY-EPS200 high pressure common rail injector test bench has 400 kinds of standard statistics of common rail injector. With high accuracy flow testing equipment, it can automatically test the oil injection and oil return under the circumstance of sealing, full load, idling operation, pre-injection . The test bench with high compacted structure can transmit smoothly, work reliably and operated simply , small size for easy mobility.

1. Testing the sealing of the common rail injection pump.
2. Testing the condition under full load.

Its screen displays basic status such as the rail pressure, temperature, motor operation, speed, heating, cooling, also has some windows for fuel injection pump test, common rail test, fuel measurement, parameter setting, injection waveform, problem analysis and data reports.

 

7.The CR injector being tested is fed by a high pressure fuel source, which may be a mechanical manual pump or an electrical motor driven pump or a pneumatic driven pressure booster. Such a test device will fulfill the tasks of checking nozzle spray pattern, injector back leakage and solenoid condition.
