This series of ring die of high strength, surface hardness can reach HRC58-61, hardening layer depth of 1.2 mm, with strong resistance to wear; Hardness difference less than HRC3, avoid to the used process of the crack, metal shed and the phenomenon such as eccentric wear, greatly improving the ring die service life.
