Detail instruction of the rotary drum dryer:

1.Total equipments of the line include: Hot Blast Stoves, Inlet Conveyor (5m), Inlet Air Lock Valve, Roller, Reducer, Fan, Dust Collector Cyclone, Outlet Air Lock Valve, Outlet Conveyor(4m), Electric Cab Etc. Rotary dryer is to dry the wet materials with the humidity of 50% through rotation and extract from the end of the roller .

2. Rotary dryer mainly used for the biomass new energy such as rice shell, saw dust, ground wood chip, tree branch and wood bits, etc (Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm). Also can be used for fodder, compound fertilizer, animal waste and other materials.

3. The drying temperature can be adjusted from 60 ℃ -600 ℃. The dryer operate steadily, no swearing parts, long use life, high efficiency, widely use for biomass energy and other drying industry.
