Alternator Feature

Brush-less, 4 poles, rotation magnet.

IP21-23 (NEMA1) enclosure is standard for all industrial alternators.

The insulation system is Class H

Simple installation and maintenance, with easy access to terminals, rotating diodes

Wide range of flange adaptors and single bearing disc coupling.

Standard 2/3 pitch windings avoid excessive neutral currents

Control Panel

1. Standard control panel, including voltmeter, frequency meter, ampere meter, water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, AMF control module, oil level indicator, emergency button, preheating button, battery voltage gauge, hours running counter for protection and transfer.
2. It can be with ATS electric control cabinet, including circuit breaker,  LCD or LED auto controller, indicating lamp, transfer switch, etc. Automatic transfer switch (ATS) uses update technology, which can be automatic control for onoff electricity, remote monitoring, automatic parallel operation, etc.

Standard accessory for diesel generator

- 40 or 50 degree radiator

- Common steel frame with 8 hours base fuel tank as standard

- Circuit breaker, damper, exhaust silencer, flexible pipe, battery and connecting wires

- Standard took kits, operation manuals and documents.

- All qualified Diesel generator sets are subjected to a comprehensive performance test which includes 50% load, 75% load, 100% load, 110% load and to check, verify that all control systems, alarm and shut-down protection.

- Every Diesel generator is equipped with battery charger and 24V high performance maintenance-free lead-acid starting batteries and connecting cables.

- Each Diesel generator is equipped with industrial silencer and flexible exhaust hose.

Guarantee for one year or 1000 hours (accord to whichever reach first) from exfactory date.During the guarantee period,our company will provide the free easy damaged spare part for problems caused by our quality&nbsx;of production or raw material except the damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by customer's incorrect man made operation.After expiration, our company provides cost parts maintenance for gen-set.
