 1 a) Automatic alarm system: the unit has the acousto-optics alarm system and arrestor for any situation as the start defeat, the water is over temperature, the oil pulls down, over speed, over load and over current
   b) Operation display: 
       i) Unit voltage, tri-phase load current and frequency display
       ii) Water temperature, oil pressure display
       iii) Fuel level, fuel temperature display
       iv) Audible and visual alarm lamps and buzzers
2 Starting system: DC alternator is used to start engine
3 Short circuit protection: MCCB air switch
4 Cooling system: combined cooling water tank fitted to meet the requirement of radiation at ambient temperature 40°C
5 Filter system: oil, fuel and air filter
6 Accessories: exhaust elbow, bellow, muffler

Standard accessory for diesel generator

 - 40 or 50 degree radiator

 - Common steel frame with 8 hours base fuel tank as standard

 - Circuit breaker, damper, exhaust silencer, flexible pipe, battery and connecting wires

 - Standard took kits, operation manuals and documents.

 - All qualified Diesel generator sets are subjected to a comprehensive performance test which includes 50% load, 75% load, 100% load, 110% load and to check, verify that all control systems, alarm and shut-down protection.

 - Every Diesel generator is equipped with battery charger and 24V high performance maintenance-free lead-acid starting batteries and connecting cables.

 - Each Diesel generator is equipped with industrial silencer and flexible exhaust hose.

1. Since genset reached the agreed destination, its main parts will be guaranteed within 12 months or 1000 hours.

2. We take charge of all troubles caused  by genset’s fault and repair according to the regulation stipulated by original plants.

3.  Factors not accordance with the regulation of original plants such as fagile parts, daily consumed components, wrong operating, lack of maintenance are not included in the quality guarantee.
