Used greatly flavourful ingredients (dried bonito lakes, dried small sardine and seaweeds) and whole soybean soy sauce. It matched with various Japanese dishes.

No MSG and hydrolyzed protein added, so you can enjoy natural tastes of ingredients.

Also used naturally dried salt.
