BF Series Flake Ice Machine Structure

1.The temperature of ice is lower and it can reach -6°c.

2.Ice is dry and transparent, good looking shape, non-caked, good mobility and sanitary.

3.Flake shape has no sharp edges, cannot destroy refrigerating products, and it is beneficial for storage and transportation.

4.The thickness of flake ice is 1mm-2mm.No need to crush and can use at any time.

5. Daily capacity of ice flake machine can be from 0.5ton to 60tons.

BF Series Large Flake Ice Machine Features

It has big advantage between flake ice and traditional block ice and snow ice:flake ice is dry and difficult to block;it has good mobility and sanitary;it has larger contact area and difficult to destroy things which need to fresh. So it is the optimized fresh product to replace others in many industry. And it has the following advantages:

Higher refrigeration efficiency and lower loss of refrigeration capacity: Autmatic flake ice machine adopts the latest vertical evaporatoe with inner helix ice cutter. In the process of ice making,the water distribution device in ice maker sprays water even on the internal surface of ice maker to frozen in a short time. After ice formed,the helix ice cutter drops down and cut ice. In this method,it makes a full use of evaporator and increase the efficiency of the ice making.
High quality,dry and non-caked: The thickness of flake ice which produced by automatic plate ice machien with vertical evaporator is about 1mm to 2mm. The ice shape is irregular flake ice and it has good mobility;
Simple structue and small land area: The series of ice flat has different kinds including fresh water type,seawater type,fixed cold source type,equip cold source by customer,and ice flat machine with cold room. And the daliy capacity ranges from 500kg to 60000kg. Customers can choose suitable machine according to site and different water quality. Compared to traditional ice making machine,it has advantage of small land area and low operation cost(no man for ice harvest)
Optional Equipment:Our flake ice maker machine can be equipped with automatic ice spreading system,special ice packing system and flake ice storage room.

Our Services

Installation:

1). Installing by the user: we will tested and install well the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.

2).Installing by our engineers:

(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.

(2) Before our engineer arrived in your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.

(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.

(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.

Guarantee Period: During 12 months after selling, maintenance and parts free of charge
