1. Description of 1bbl brewing equipment

Our 1 bbl electric brewing system with small production, which is much more suitable for recipe,

personal-owned bar, pub and home brewing etc.

It can brew various of beers though it with only 1barrel capacity, such as mead, fruit beer, cider etc. You can

try any kind of beer you want with this small brewery system at beginning, that is why we said it is much more

suitable for brewing recepi.

3. Main components of electric beer brewing system

+ There are total vessels included.

+ The mashing and lautering will be finished in same one vessel.

+ The boiling and whilpool will be finished in same vessel.

+ About fermentation tank, according to the mashing capacity 100L, it will be 100L or 200L.

+ Electric heating and steam heating for optional

1bbl electric brewing system insulated to maintain a constant temperature. The mash tun can be single-function

or can also have a false bottom and spigot so that the sparging process can be done in the same vessel.

Steam jacketed design allows our brewing systems can doing both decoction mashing & infusion mashing.

The mashing tun/kettle is made out of stainless steel or copper.

The mash tun can be jacketed for steam heating, or unjacketed for electric heating.
