The tolerance data above mentioned should be determined based on the nominal dimension. 

 4) Straightness:

Max 4mm over 1000mm for OD<φ180mm, and max 5mm over 1000mm for OD>φ180mm.

General Porosity≤2.5 level, Center Porosity≤2.5 level, Segregation≤2.5 level.

NOTE:For WT≤8mm tube impact test, only the calculation value of it should be accepted for reference, which will not be supposed as one of delivery prerequisite.

Surface of the material should be free of defects such as cracks, overlapping, bubble, scabs, skin slag etc.. Other defects with the depth limited into the WT minus tolerance can be accepted.

8) Delivery condition: hot finished.

 

9) MTR, Packing and Marking will be followed HUBEI XINYEGANG STEEL/DAYE STEEL' s exporting Specs.

 

10) Any matters occurred during production and transactions will be amiably settled down by both parties.
