2) Smelting Process: EAF + REFINE

3) Tolerance: OD: +1%, WT: +10%.

The tolerance data above mentioned should be determined based on the nominal dimension. 

4) Macro-structure:

General Porosity≤2.5 level,     Segregation≤2.5 level.

 

5) Mechanical properties (as hot rolled finished):

6) Surface of the material should be free of defects such as cracks, overlapping, bubble, scabs, skin slag etc.. Other defects with the depth limited into the WT minus tolerance can be accepted.

7) Delivery condition: hot finished.

8) MTR, Packing and Marking will be followed HUBEI XINYEGANG STEEL’ s exporting Specs.

9) Any matters occurred during production and transactions will be amiably settled down by both parties.
