Standard:

Conductor:
Soft annealed stranded copper wires conductor to BS6360, class 2, concentrically stranded in successive layers, in opposite direction, to form the stranded conductor.
Insulation:
The conductor are insulated with a layer of extruded XLPE compound.
Filling:
The assembled cable is filled with a layer of PVC compound in order to fill the interstices between the cores and render the cable round.
Armoring:
Consists of single layer of galvanized steel wires of appropriate size.
Sheathing:
An outer protection of extruded PVC compound is applied over the armor.
Voltage rating:
0.6/1kV,3.6/6kV;6/10KV;8.7/15KV;12/20KV;18/20KV;19/33KV;21/35KV;26/35KV
Operating temperature:
1.Long term operation temperature of cable conductor: 90°C.
2.In short-circuit(within 5S): max. temperature of conductor is not more than 250°C.
3.The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0°C and the cable shall not be restricted by the difference of the level at installation and not preheat.
4.Min. bending radius during installation: single core cable : 20(D+d)±5%mm multi. Core cable: 15(D+d)±5%mm (where: D-tha actual outer diameter of cable ,d-the actual outer diameter of the conductor)
Application:
For outdoor and indoor installations in damp and wet locations, laid direct in the ground where excessive mechanical stresses are present in sloping and moving terrains and in vertical or inclined laying, as well as in locations susceptible to sliding.
Remark:
the cable can be of flame retardance, fire resistance and other enhanced features.
