11kv UNDERGROUND CABLE

MV XLPE INSULATED ELECTRICAL UNDERGROUND POWER CABLE

electrical power cable copper conductor,xlpe insulated, pvc sheath,coated electric cable ,steel wire armoured underground cable 

Standard:
It is manufacture under GB/T12706-2002 standard(The same as IEC60502).

Application of 11kv XLPE PVC CABLE :

For power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 8.7/15KV.

 

Construction of   11kv UNDERGROUND CABLE  :

Standard: According to IEC60502-2, 61034 and 60754

Conductor: Copper or aluminum

Conductor screen: Semi-conductive compound

Insulation: XLPE

Insulation screen: Semi-conductive compound

Metal screen: Copper tape

Inner sheath: PVC

Armor: Aluminum or Steel wire or tape

Outer sheath: PVC

 

Technical data:

Temperature range: 0° C to +90°C

Max conductor temperature: 90 °C

Max short-circuit temperature at conductor: 250 °C (max. 5 s)

Min bending radius:Fixed 20×D ( for single-core cable), Fixed 15×D ( for three-cores cable)
