HBT & DHBT Concrete Pump

On the basis of mature electric communtation technology, we have developed overall hydraulic concrete pumps with excellent performance. This hydraulic system greatly improves the reliability of the machine and makes sure it can work in any hard condition. Our various motor concrete pumps(diesel engine concrete pumps) mainly cover capacity from 30-120m³/h and pressure from 5-20 Mpa.

America ETON for valves parts.

Power System

Adopt Dalian DEUTZ and Weichai DEUTZ engine system. High cost performance, strong power,

energy saving, easy repair.

Pump Delivery System

Hopper and S valve are made of high manganese steel molding, have good rigidity to avoid the

phenomenon of hopper distortion and S valve breakage.

The spectacles wear plate and cutting ring use high wear material, making the components’ life

prolonged greatly.

Control System

The wire and wireless remote equipment is convenient for operation far away.

Specialized diesel engine throttle, energy saving more than 20%.
