WNP series pump’s main characteristic is the S tube. Transport cylinder connect the discharging nozzle to insure the medium to be pumped continuously in the condition of carrying without valve. Some material with diameter reach the 80% of discharging nozzle can also be pumped easily.
In some special situation like the transport pressure is very high, when the S tube transform, few backflow will happen. However the backflow is less than the 5% of the stroke volume. In this situation, we advise adopt buffering system to prevent backflow.
WNP pump’s structure make the medium flow freely. So even for the material hard to deliver.
Simple structure design and few mobile parts make the abrading few. So it has long life and suit for 3 shift work.
WNP pump is suit to deliver the material of high viscosity and high solid cotent and even for the bigger diameter of material.
