Application:

HZ-Al12 is particularly well suited for manufacturing mobile / automotive airconditioning components.

Conditions for use: Indirect heating methods should be used in conjunction with HZ-Al12 wire. Excessive direct heat should be avoided. Controlled heat patterns such as those generated with flame brazing using fixed burners,induction heating or furnaces prove most successful.Flux residues from HZ-Al12 are non-corrosive and insoluble in water. They may be left on the components after brazing.
