Q1. How to get your samples?

- Usually you can get 1 pcs for free but you should pay for the delivery charge from our factory to your office, you can inform us your courier paid account such as DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS.

Q2. What is your terms and payment terms?

- Our terms is EXW, FOB, CIF or CNF. Usual payment terms is T/T 30% as deposit, T/T 70% before shipment.

Q3.  When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available?

- The popular format is JPG, PDF, CDR or AI.

Q4.  Do you inspect the finished products?

- Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection strictly by our QC department before shipping.

Q5.  How do you ship the finished products?

- By courier such as DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS.

- By sea.

Q6.How about the logo?

We will use different printing method on the basis of your design, material, your logo, etc. 

Q7. How many days of delivery ?

- 20ft container, the delivery time is 7-15 days. 

  40ft container, the delivery time is 7-30 days.
