Function:

The EVA medical tube extrusion machine is mainly used to produce EVA medical tube,EVA corrugated medical tube,oxygen tube,blood infusion tube,trachea cannula,central venous catheter and so on.

Technical parameters:

More stable and energy efficient , the voltage, current,water pressure, air pressure, speed of extruder and puller are controlled by Digital. The roundness and thickness of product accuracy is plus or minus 0.02mm.

Suitable material: EVA

SUS304 material tank, full toughened glass seal, sink around the seal plate, suitable for medical and health clean condition

1)PU flexible wedge belt, high precision linear guide opening and closing

2)long adjusting mechanism

3)Germany's Siemens servo motor and controller, import synchronous belt transmission mode.

1) Power system: electrical part adopts Japan Fuji inverter control, main motor adopts Siemens motor
