1,According to the requirement of the medical bellows without oil and high precision,Songhu blowing molding machine overturn the

original traditional blowing extrusion process,and adoptd the method of picking up the suction for high speed and stable production.

2,Molding module is made of high quality alloy steel, in a whole closed molding tunnel through gear drive reciprocating motion.

3,Molding tunnel design into a sandwich,module is forced cooling by

cooling water steadily.

4,Forming die made from hard alloy steel, wear-resistant corrosion, forming module without the connection to one another, so shorten the time of changing specifications.
