Dive pulleys are the key components for power transmission. And belt dive pulleys with rubber coating are usually used for transporting the mixture of coal and ore and usually under continuous operation for long time. This requires dive pulley to be highly abrasion resistant,highly stretching resistant and highly tear resistant . Dive pulleys can also be affected by weather if they are working outdoor(like rusting,sludge). And traditional Dive pulleys with rubber coating are easy to be worn down,slipping and damaging the belt which will decrease the conveyor belt load and the equipments need to be changed frequently .
ⅠProduct Structure
Under the driving of roller, the frictional force between the mechanical driving belt and the surface of dive pulley needs increasing to reduce wear between the surface of pulley and conveyor belt when they are slipping past one another, which will provide stable tractive force and prolong service life time of belt and dive pulley. KINGCERA has developed the dive pulley with ceramic –rubber coating on which the corundum ceramic with false compartment is as abrasion resistant layer to increase frictional force on its surface and abrasion resistant rubber polyurethane as vulcanization layer, both of which are bonded together with imported adhesives of high strength.

4. compare of wear resistant ability
Based on the test of Powder Smelting Research Academy of Central-South Industry University, the compare test result on wear resistant ability in Jingcheng abrasion-resistant ceramic,manganese steel and high-chrome cast iron is shown in the table below

In the condition of p=76N, n=80round/min, t=30, calculating in abraded mass, the abrasion-resistant ability of abrasion-resistant ceramic produced by our company is 266 times that of manganese steel, and 171.5 times that of high-chrome cast iron.
