Two phase three wire electronic energy meter is energy metering product developed and manufactured by our company.
It can be applied to the two phase AC active energy metering of rated voltage of 127V and 60Hz frequency .
Basic function
a.The meter an measure the energy consumption normally at current reverse situation and the energy will be added automatically to forward energy consumption.
b.With Phase absence indicate function:When any phase is absence,the corresponding indicated LED will turn on.

1. Metering function
1.1 It has forward active total energy metering function
1.2 The meter will back-up the record of forward active total energy every one hour.
1.3 The meter can record the use of electricity
2. Event record
2.1 Record the maximum demand for the month, occurrence time and the maximum demand for the last 4 months and the occurrence time.
2.2 Record the events of power-fail, lose of L1 and L2 phase, the event times and the time of duration and the starting and ending time of the 8 recent event.
2.3 Record the total times of the events of power off, clearance requirement, calibration time, battery loss and memory error and the 8 recent occurrence time.
3. Communication function
3.1 It adopt 62056-21 direct local data exchange protocol, and has far-infrared communication function.
4.Timing function
It has functions of calendar, timer, automatic conversion of a leap year.
The output frequency of internal clock terminal is 1 Hz. In the temperature range of -25~+60℃ , the clock accuracy is ≤±1.5s/d; Under the reference temperature of 23℃ , the clock accuracy is ≤±1s/d.
5. LED instructions
The electric energy meter has a LED pulse which is proportional to the electric energy of the measurement, instructions of loss of L1 phase and L2 phase and reversal of current.
The property of light testing output device meets the requirement of GB/T17215.211—2006. The property of electric testing output device meets the requirement of GB/T15284—2002.

Transportation and storage
The product should not be subject to severe impact when transport and unpacking, and it should be transported and stored according to regulations of GB/T15464-1995 “The general technical condition for packaging the instruments and meters”

Notes
There is no user adjustable device in the meter.
The wiring must be tightened when installation and use to avoid giving out heat caused by poor contact that damaged the electric energy meter. The power inlet wire and outlet wire can’t be reversed. Electric energy meter should be installed in the ventilated and dry place indoor and avoid the blaze directly shines to the infrared receiving window. When using infrared interface to communicate, one should avoid the blaze interference to the infrared communication interface, and should pay attention to adjust the infrared communication distance and communication angle to ensure the reliability of the communication.
