Description:

The automatic biscuit production line, with original design, compact structure and high auto ma tic, is developed on the base of absorbing Japanese technology. All working procedures that from dough feeding, sheeting, molding, waste recycling, baking to cooling can be completed automatically in one line.

 

Hundreds of moulds and dozens of technology recipes make it possible to produce all kinds of popular biscuits, such as cream biscuit, layer biscuit, soda cracker, calcium biscuit, multi-vitamin biscuit, vegetable biscuit, etc.

 

 

Raw Material :

Wheat flour,water,milk,sugar,oil etc as ingredients

 

Final Products:

Biscuits of various shapes, Square,round ,trangle and more shapes can be made by changing the processing mould

 50kg/h, 100kg/h, 200kg/h 400kg/h

 

Voltage:

 Normally 380V/50Hz ,can be made according to customer's requirements
