biscuit main raw materials is wheat flour ,adding sugar oil egg dairy and other ingedients .according to the recipe and the production process.the biscuits can be divided into two types :hard and soft biscuit .the character of the hard biscuit is the molds is embossing , and the surface is smooth and flat have the needle eye .the hard biscuit fracture surface is stratified . the character of soft biscuit is the molds is concaving . having clear stripe . and have fine structure the soft biscuits is sweet and loose .
