Project brief introduction
This domestic sewage processing adopt hydrolysisSBR( Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated sludge process), it is : pretreatment adopt grilling intercept and sand setting processing, main body adopting hydrolysis and biochemical treatment SBR processing, set PAC dosing system as assisting dephosphorize, equip effluent CLO2 disinfection device.
Processing description:
The sewage was removed bigger inorganic particle and floater, then flow into hydrolysis pond. in the anaerobic condition, adopt hydrolysis and acid yield microbial, make the Insoluble state organic in sewage interception and gradual conversion into dissolved state organic, make the macromolecule ,difficult biodegradable material in sewage transform into small molecular organic easy to biodegradation, improve the sewage biodegradability, reduce the subsequent aerobic biological treatment unit energy consumption, short retention time. Reduce the sludge discharge volume, cut down operational cost,then enter into SBR tank, fully mixed with the backflowing sludge from reaction area, finish a series of biochemical reaction. The denitrifying bacteria in sludge make the organic in sewage as carbon source, restore the nitric nitrogen as nitrogen, realize denitrification.

SBR system is composed of pre-react zone and main react zone.
Organic matter further degradation stabilize ,nitration and dephosphorization all in main reaction zone. It is the key of SBR system, this tank set homogenize,primary settling,biodegradation and secondary settling etc function into together, no sludge return-flow system.
SBR processing contain 5 stage:
a.water Inlet period, adding substrate
b.Reaction period, substrate degradation
c.sediment period, mud and water separation
d.drainage period, discharge supernate
e.Idle period, recover activity
SBR operational cycle is confirmed by filling time,reaction time,settling time ,drain water and sludge and idle time. The water filling time should have a optimal value, it should be confirm according to specific water quality and aeration manner in processing, when adopt limited quantity aeration manner and high concentration pollutant in influent water, the filling time should be longer; otherwise, the filling time should be shorter by appropriate. The filling time is 1-4h usually.

In Sequencing Batch Reactor activated sludge manner, the aerating device capacity is supply oxygen demand in regulated aeration time, in design, high loading operation influent water per unit BOD is 0.5~1.5kgO2/kgBOD, low loading operation influent water per unit is 1.5~2.5kgO2/kgBOD.
2, Drainage system
(1)The liquid supernatant discharge device should discharge supernatant in setting water draining time when activated sludge won’t flotation, the discharge manner has gravity and water pump discharge.
(2)Prevent the fault of supernatant discharge device, it should set accident draining apply water device.
