II.Equipment structure:
1. High efficiency biochemistry treating field:apply new type of filler,with large specific surface area,strong adhesive attraction and well attack resistance ability.
2.Settling pond:apply inclind tube settling with high efficiency,small volume of settling pond.
3. Filtering pond:apply light filter material,water power for backwashing,so there is no need of backwashing pump, and it saves electricity.
4. Contact sterilized pond:mixing thimerosal and wastewater to ensure the out water index.
5. All of the system applies integrated treatment as equipment nucleus,assisted pump,blower and thimerosal dosing equipment.

IV.Explanation:
There are two types of equipment installed:above the ground and underground.
Need average resistance of pressure from foundation,and the foundation must bu standard. If the equipment installed underground,the relatively level of foundation and terrace must same with equipment high. As soon as the equipment perched qualified,it must be filled water avoiding ground water float the equipment.
Before the equipment is used,we must check equipment system device and blower engine oil normal or not,until all of them are qualified.
Then users should establish a suit of timely repair institution,blower cant reversion,timely check the blower engine oil,and clean the blower are inlet mouth regularly,keep the blower clean and repair the pump per 5000h.
