1. Front end treatment installation: The front end treatment tank is anoxic tank equipped with water inlet port, weir water tank, water distributing system which will enable the wastewater flow into the MBR reaction tank stably and autaomatically. The tank is filled with solid elastic or floating fillings and anoxic sludge. The wastewater retention time in the anoxic tank is 2-5 hours (refer to domestic sewage). By intermittent aeration oxygen is provided and effective denitrification is carried out, the organic substance will transform into inorganic substance gradually and be removed.
2. MBR reaction tank: The reaction tank has water inlet port and equipped with submerged flat membrane module inside and receives activated sludge. The aeration washing system of the membrane module is linked to fan blower. The collecting pipe assorted with the membrane module is linked to self-sucking pump. The wastewater enters the MBP reaction tank through inlet water port and stay in the tank for 4-5 hours. After degradation by the activated sludge in the tank, the water passes the flat membrane module with good pollution resistance and enters clean water tank for disinfection by the self-sucking pump. The reaction tank is also equipped with sludge return pump which enables the excess activated sludge to be promoted to sludge digesting tank. Overflow port is set on the upper part of the reaction tank which enables the wastewater flow to the regulation tank automatically. Emptying port is set on the under part to enable easy maintenance and cleaning of the tank.
3. Sludge tank: Sludge hopper is installed on the bottom of the sludge tank to collect the sludge. The upper part is equipped with weir water tank which enables the supernatant return to the MBR reaction tank. The bottom part is set with sludge discharging port and automotive sludge discharging is carried out by way of static pressure.
4. Clean water disinfection tank: The upper part of the tank is set with overflow water discharging port. Safe physical disinfection method is adopted for disinfection in the tank. Make use of the releasing effect of activated ion to further purify the water. Meanwhile it will be removed of the water together with the sediments of the heavy metal reaction.
5. Device control room: There are two fan blowers, two self-sucking pumps, one washing system and one control system in the device control room. The two fan blowers will automatically switch over. The fan blower is equipped with sound elimination and shock absorbing system while the device control is set with vent port which equipped with air filtration system. Two self-sucking pumps and one PLC control system.
