(2)Structure

This line is made up of pay off part, softening part, drying part, tin-coated part, take-up part and electric control part.

(3)Features:

   -It can tin- coat for 40 wires at the same time . 

   -The whole process for tinning is using dies, the tinning dies can be both tungsten carbide dies and  diamond dies.                                                                                                

   -The tin furnace and the annealing warm- keeping device is researched and designed by experts. It saves power and temperature is uniform.                                                                                                        

 - with a haul- off capstan, and equipped with an inverter, no limit of speed, the speed can be adjusted freely .

  -The take up is designed into horizontal type; it is easy and convenient to unload bobbins. 

- The take up machine is designed in single layer. It is divided into left and right sides, and equipped a set    of traverse devices. It can wind different tin-coated wires of similar diameter at the same time.
