Processed from fresh, clean, well ripened, not rotted nor moulded Pleurotus Eryngii mushroom.

Through individually quick frozen, and stored under -18℃ or lower temperature.

No off tastes or ordour. Consistency close to fresh mushroom.

Mainly strong board of cartons with polyethylene (PE) inside bearing net mass 10-25kg of IQF products. 

IQF products should be transported in special refrigerators with thermal registration equipment. 

Temperature of  supply –18℃ or lower. Temperature of storage –18℃ or lower

Shelf life not less than 2 years from production date. Freezing after defrosting is forbidden.
