GLASS BOTTL FOR WATER

This machine not only could be filled the water, also others liquid which is normal temperature and normal pressure, drink water, mineral water and so on…..

Also, in common, lots of the glass bottle cap is aluminum, POPP method. So the cap feed unscramble adopts the vibrating method.

The advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. The main electric components are all imported from the advanced countries. The parts which will touch water are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

This machine contains the washing parts, filling part and capping part three in one monoblock. Also we could follow the customer required to remove the washing part.

 (1). Rinser

Usually , we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottle

The glass bottle will be feed into the machine through the screw rod to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers
  -The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
  -the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.

(2). Filler

-The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.
  -Product bowl is to reduce the loss of heat.
  -The temperature is normal, through the gravity filling method and normal temperature. Suitable any working condition

The filling machine part could be adjusted to suitable for the different level of the bottle.

  (3). Capper

Metal cap or Plastic cap will be send to the capping position by the cap unscramble.

After the filled bottle across the sensor, the sensor will send the signal to PLC, and the cap unscramble will start to work automatically
