usage:filling and capping two part

 

This model machine used to fill the wine, white wine, and the other liquid with the liquor. 

This machine contains the washing parts, filling part and capping part three in one monoblock. Also we could follow the customer required to remove the washing part.

 

 (1). Filler

For the liquor liquid, we should use the negative pressure filling machine

Because the liquor is corrosive, so the filling part should not use the metal, the better we use the chimerical rubber as the filling pipe. 

-The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design. 
  -The liquid temperature is normal temperature 

 

(2). Capper

For the aluminum and the plastic cap the capping parts are different, in common the aluminum capsules are difficult 

For the caps shape, we have the pressing sealing method, screw sealing method

 

 

The advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. The main electric components are all imported from the advanced countries. The parts which will touch water are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
