About this kind of machine it consists of two main parts.one is one row egg cleaning machine the other is egg breaking machine.The egg breaking machine is connected to the cleaning machine directly.So the processing is of high automation.

First,put the eggs onto the egg water tank and  roller belt will  coveying the eggs into the egg cleaning part

Second , use high pressure spraying and speacilizing cleaning brush to clean the dirty away 

Third , stronger wind and specilizing egg drying brush make the egg dried quickly .

Fourth .the eggs will be conveyed into the breaking part by the roller belt after drying .

Fifth ,the egg breaking equipment will break the eggs with specialized egg breaking tools.and sperate egg white from egg yolk .

Finally ,workers should prepare some kinds of buckets to collect eggshells,egg yolk and egg whit  separately.
