Manipulating guidance

About this kind of machine it consists of two main parts.one is one row egg cleaning machine the other is egg breaking machine.The egg breaking machine is connected to the cleaning machine directly.So the processing is of high automation.

First the dirty eggs on put onto the conveying rollers then the cleaning machine clean the dirty eggs with high pressured water and brushes,then cleaned eggs will be conveyed to the breaking part.Last,the egg breaking machine will separate the egg yolk and egg white.Then the workers should prepare equipments to collect the egg yolk,egg white and eggshells.
