C45E seamless skived and roller burnished tube is a kind of seamless precision steel tubes with smooth bore and tight ID tolerance used to produce cylinder barrels.  In Changzhou Chengxin,we manufacture honed tubes or skived&roller burnished tubes upto 325mm*300mm and the ID tolerance can as tight as H7 with roughness(Ra) of 0.25um max.

Delivery condition:

Internal surface treatment method: honing or skiving&roller burnishing

OD tolerance: as per EN10305-1 or DIN2391-1

ID tolerance: H7,H8,H9,H10, or appointed by customer,

W.T tolerance (eccentricity) : +/-5% max.

Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on different size and length.

Chemical composition:

Packing: in bundles tied with steel strips.

Slightly internal and external oil coating for anti-rust protection.

End plastic caps covering both ends.

External packing to be confirmed.

MOQ: 3 tons for each size. Less quantity can be negotiated for supply.
