Features for silicon nitride nozzle
1. Stainless steel for spray cooling tower nozzle with a solid cone or hollow cone spray-head and spray angle ranges from 60°to 170° ,normally 120°.Under the pressure of 3 bar,the liquid flow rate is form 5.5 L/min to 4140 L/min.
2.The nozzle with compact structure has a smooth flow channel design,can minimize the liquid blocking,making the liquid up to the maximum flow in the pipe in a given size.
3.Polypropylene spiral nozzle can be installed or updated on most piping systems.
4.We could provide the NPT or BSPT male thread sizes,303 stainless steel spiral nozzle is usually for BSPT male thread connection,if you need female thread matching wiyh a joint or special customized,we can also fill your request.

Design Featuers for silicon nitride nozzle
•Spiral nozzle(SPJT) is a kind of full cone or hollow cone nozzle,spray angle range is 60°-170°.Liquid flow rate range is 5.5-4140L/min.
• This compact nozzle has design of smooth flow,can be reduced to a great extent the liquid blocking.It make liquid reach max,flow in given size pipe.
• Spiral nozzle can be installed or updated on most piping system.The available nozzle is NPT or BSPT(male) threaded type.Usually 1/4-2'' nozzle can separately use brass, 316 stainless steel casting,TEFLON.Other material can be used if they are applied to special fields.

Si3N4 bonded SiC ceramic refractory material, is mixed with high pure SIC fine powder and Silicon powder, after slip casting course, reaction sintered under 1400~1500°C. During the sintering course, filling the high pure Nitrogen into the furnace, then the silicon will react with Nitrogen and generate Si3N4,So Si3N4 bonded SiC material is composed of silicon nitride (23%) and silicon carbide(75%) as main raw material,mixed with organic material,and shaped by mixture, extrusion or pouring,then made after drying and nitrogenization.
Si3N4 bonded SiC as a new type refractory material,is used widely.The applying temperature is 1400 C.It has better thermal stability,thermal shock,which is better than plain refractory material and recrystallized SiC.It also has antioxidation,high corrosion resistant,wear-resistance,high bending strength.It can resist corrosion and scouring,be no polluted and fast heat conduction in molten metal such as AL,Pb,Zn,Cu ect.
