The working principle of graphite rotor

 

Graphite rotor comprises a rotor bar, the nozzle is composed of two parts. The transmission system drives the graphite rotor rotates, argon or nitrogen through the rotor bar, head into the aluminum melt. High speed rotation of rotor graphite into aluminum melt argon or nitrogen scattered into many small bubbles, which are dispersed in the liquid metal, and rotation of the rotor to hydrogen, aluminum melt inclusions within the diffusion, and make the bubble contact, bubbles in the melt by the gas pressure difference and surface adsorption principle, absorption melt in the hydrogen adsorption and oxidation, slag, and the bubble rise and be out of the melt surface, so as to purify the fusant.
