1.Product description
1)working principle:
Transmission system drives the graphite rotor rotation,High-speed rotating graphite rotor to break up the blown inert gas (argon or nitrogen) into bubbles, meanwhile Make the hydrogen and impurity in melt to spread. Bubbles absorb hydrogen and adhere to impurity then brought up to the surface.

4)shape design:
streamline shape can reduce the rotationg resistance and friction force, So as to make the degassing rate over 50%, shortening smelting time and reduce the production cost.
2. Operation instruction:
1)preheating before use:
preheat 5min~10min above the smelting liquid; pass gas through rotor before immersing in liquid; stop gas supply after the rotor pulled out liquid to prevent the rotor nozzle blocked
2) Isolate air:
pass nitrogen or argon into purifying box, ensure positive pressure inside, Isolation outside air to prevent rotor oxidation
3)immersion depth:
keep strengthen jacket 80 mm above the aluminum liquid level, level 60 mm below the liquid
4)Transmission system smoothly:
Graphite rotor and transmission system was conducted by connecting rod, Avoid using deformation or loose connection rod
5)pure argon or nitrogen :Avoid impured argon or nitrogen gas into aluminum melt.
